Q: What are your hours?
A: We're open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. We're open for order pickup on Sundays and closed on Mondays.

Q: Do you have any gluten-free or vegan options?
A: We have GFV cupcakes in stock on a daily basis, but if you want a product that's only gluten-free or only vegan, we'll have to make it custom for you. Q: How much notice do you need for an order?
A: That varies based on what you're looking for. Traditional, Gluten Free, and Vegan orders all have different needs that are outlined on their pages. We can often accommodate orders on shorter notice, but that may mean fewer options for flavors or sizes and it may also come with an additional fee.

Q: How much are your cakes?
A: Our cakes are largely priced based on the time it takes to complete the requested design. For that reason, we only price specific cake inquiries.

Q: I'm allergic to something. Help?
A: Absolutely! Please let us know if there are any allergies in the party. Because we bake from scratch, almost all recipes can be modified to accommodate different allergies/intolerances. There are no peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based ingredients present in the shop, and we have a designated GF kitchen room with separate equipment to protect our celiac clients. In spite of the fact that we don't have nuts here, please let us know if you have a severe allergy. We don't make all of the candies and toppers that we use and some are made in a facility that also processes nuts.

Q: Can you copy this cake I found?
A: Pictures are worth a thousand words so we love receiving reference images with cake requests! That said, we do not do direct copies of cakes found online out of respect for the original artists. We can combine multiple images, change colors, etc. Let's put a creative spin on it together!

Q: Can I order a cake online?
A: We do not offer online ordering because the process for ordering a cake is so specific to that cake. The pricing, design, flavor assortment... each cake is unique! Please call us at (413)230-3141 or email carefreecakery@gmail.com to talk to us directly to place an order!

Q: Do you require deposits for orders?
A: We require payment in full a week prior to the event in order to secure your date.
